These are amazing after a hot, sweaty workout. Sweet, salty, cool, creamy. It's everything you would want in a refreshing recovery snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups watermelon
  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 packets electrolyte powdered mix

Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until well-mixed.
  • Evenly divide popsicle mixture into reusable popsicle molds.
  • Freeze overnight and enjoy!

Notes

Sodium will vary greatly depending on the brand of electrolyte packet(s) used.
