- 8 oz skim milk (~240 ml)
- 1 tbsp hot cocoa mix
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I love Thorne's chocolate whey protein isolate powder)
- Topping Ideas: Mini marshmallows, whipped cream, crushed candy canes, sprinkle of cinnamon
Heat milk to 160-185 degrees F. (Steaming milk with an espresso machine is my favorite, but microwave or stove works too).
Whisk in hot cocoa mix and chocolate protein powder until fully dissolved.
Add your favorite toppings. Serve hot.
